Title: Voice AI Setup Specialist (Retell AI + Twilio): Get In Early With a Fast-Growing Team
Voice by Lila gives apartment communities an AI voice assistant that answers after-hours leasing and maintenance calls. We're growing quickly across the country, and we're building the core team now. We close the clients and supply the phone number, templates, and test scripts. You handle the setup.
Each client is one sitting of about 4–5 hours:
30-minute kickoff call with the property's main contact
Connect the number we provide in Twilio and Retell
Fill in our agent template with the property's details
Help the client forward after-hours calls to Lila
Run our test checklist and make small fixes
Go live
Plus one 30-minute check of call recordings on day 7. That's it.
Optional add-ons, paid separately: calendar booking, SMS follow-ups, and call routing.
Ongoing income from every client you set up:
Each property you launch stays a client month after month, and clients request changes over time, such as new pricing, updated policies, or a new phone rule. Those revisions go to the specialist who built the account:
$75 for revisions up to 30 minutes
$100 for revisions up to 60 minutes
Every setup you do now builds a base of clients that keeps paying you.
