Vlog Editing, Thumbnails & Scripts

I run a small YouTube channel built around personal vlogs and I want each upload to feel more like a calm, mini-documentary than a jump-cut-heavy montage. To make that happen, I’d like help in three areas—video editing, thumbnail creation, and light script polishing.

For the edits, you’ll shape raw 1080p footage (usually 10-15 minutes) into a tight 5-10 minute story: gentle pacing, smooth transitions, tasteful color correction, subtle background music, and lower-third captions where they add value. Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro are both fine; I care more about results than the tool.

Thumbnails should stop a scroller instantly. Close-up images are a must, and you can pair them with simple, readable text or graphic accents if it strengthens the visual hook.

I record talking-points on camera, but I often need those thoughts refined into a concise description or on-screen text. A straightforward Google Doc with the polished script is perfect.
