Vlog Caption Maker Website

I need a web-based caption maker focused on video content, specifically the kind of vlogs you see on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram Reels. The site should let a user upload a video, auto-generate a transcript, edit the text line-by-line in a clean interface, then export an SRT or burn the captions directly into the file. I’m fine with any modern stack—React, Vue, Next.js, Django, Node or similar—as long as it’s responsive and quick to process typical vlog lengths (5–15 minutes, 1080p).

Key deliverables
• Fully responsive front-end with video preview and caption timeline
• Accurate speech-to-text engine wired up (open-source solutions like Whisper or a commercial API you recommend)
• Manual editing tools: split, merge, drag-adjust timing, styling (font, size, colour)
• Download options: SRT/VTT and a re-encoded MP4 with burned-in captions
• Basic user accounts so creators can save projects and return later
• Deployment to my hosting (AWS or Vercel preferred) with clear setup docs

Acceptance criteria
1. Uploading a sample vlog (≤500 MB, .mp4) auto-creates captions with at least 90 % word-level accuracy.
2. Edited captions stay perfectly in sync on export.
3. Page loads under 2 s on desktop and mobile.
4. Code is pushed to a private Git repo with concise README and environment variables template.
5. Captions should be different style and including local languages. TELUGU+ENGLISH FOR EXAMPLE.
6. Main target is Indian languages
