I have a fully-mixed audio track of a narrated short story and now need matching visuals to turn it into a complete YouTube-ready video. The brief is straightforward: source live-action stock footage of urban or city scenes that is 100 % free to use, cleared for YouTube monetisation (public-domain, CC0, or CC-BY with attribution), then edit it so the imagery complements the pacing, emotion, and beats of the narration.

You’ll choose clips that feel like they belong in the same visual universe—night streets buzzing with neon, commuters, skyline timelapses, café moments, whatever best underscores the tale—while avoiding anything that could trigger copyright claims. Smooth cuts, light colour correction, and subtle transitions are all that’s needed; no heavy VFX.

Deliverables:
• A single HD or 4K video file synced to the supplied soundtrack, ready for direct upload to YouTube
• A time-coded list of every stock clip used, including source link and licence type for each, so future rights questions are covered
• A project file (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) in case tweaks are required later

The audio runs just under ten minutes, so expect a similar runtime for the finished piece. Let me know which editor you prefer working in and any initial ideas for matching visuals, and we can get started right away.
