I need a clean, self-contained question-submission feature added to my website. Visitors will see a simple form where they can type their question and hit “Send.” Nothing should appear publicly until I approve it in an admin view; once I click “Approve,” the question (and its answer, once I add it) should publish automatically in the site’s public Q&A area.

Key goals
• Front-end form that works on desktop and mobile
• Moderation dashboard where I can read, approve, edit, or delete each submission
• Public Q&A page or section that lists the approved questions in reverse-chronological order (newest first) with space for my answers beneath each one

Please keep the workflow lightweight: no user login required for the visitor, a straightforward approval toggle for me, and code that is easy for another developer to maintain later (clear comments and sensible file structure). Whether you prefer PHP, WordPress plugin development, Laravel, or a small React component backed by a simple API, I’m open to the stack you’re most comfortable with—just outline your plan up front.

Once built, hand over the source files, brief setup instructions, and any database changes. I’ll test by submitting sample questions and confirming they remain hidden until I approve them.
