Virtual Work Companion (no experience required) - Just Listen, Chat, Learn & Vibe

Working hours (not flexible)
- 5 hours/week: Monday–Friday, 19:00–20:00 Europe/Berlin time
- ~2 hours/week: Discord chat, flexible and non-urgent
- Platforms: Zoom & Discord

I’m looking for a calm, focused person with excellent spoken English to shadow me while I think through and write business decisions for an upcoming AI software company.
As a tech entrepreneur, I’ll be working across a very wide range of topics: hiring, sales, financing, engineering, product, management, strategy, and more.
You don't need to execute any of these things yourself. Your role is simply to be there while I work through them.
This is a shadowing/coworking role, not a traditional virtual assistant position.

Compensation
- 15 EUR/week for 5 scheduled hours + occasional Discord chat (~2h/week)
- Guaranteed weekly pay: if I cancel a scheduled call, you still get paid
- Recommendation letter/certificate of participation available
- Learn by directly shadowing a seasoned entrepreneur

What You'll Do
- Join Zoom and Discord exactly as scheduled and be very reliable
- 70% listening and watching
- 20% proactively discussing ideas and giving your perspective
- 10% motivation, friendly conversation, and keeping the energy positive
- No tasks, no deliverables, no admin work, no preparation

Who I'm Looking For
- Excellent spoken English
- Calm, focused, and reliable
- Interested in at least one of these areas: technology, entrepreneurship/business, or psychology
- No professional experience required

Why I'm Hiring for This
I simply don't work particularly well sitting alone and writing this kind of stuff.
I've mentored dozens of interns over the years, and I've learned that having another focused person present is often all I need to stay engaged and get things done.
You'll get to observe the process, ask questions, discuss ideas, and see how a tech startup gets shaped from the inside.
