As a Virtual Team Assistant, you will launch your leadership career by supporting Virtual Team Managers in guiding diverse, global freelance teams. This entry-level position offers structured training, direct mentorship, and hands-on experience, all designed to fast-track your progression into a full Team Manager role.
Your Impact & Responsibilities
Assist Virtual Team Managers daily with routine team tasks and operational workflows.
Help conduct interviews, engage new freelancers, and onboard service providers for client projects on our platform.
Support the tracking, analysis, and evaluation of freelancer performance, delivering actionable feedback to management.
Pitch in on strategic side projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing platform services and elevating client quality standards.

Basic Qualifications
Experience in Human Resources, Management, Administration, Customer Support, Marketing, or a related field.
English proficiency in both written and spoken communication. Additional language skills are a plus.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, specifically Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
