Virtual Staging for Rehab House Using Phone Photos and Custom Finishes

I need a freelancer to virtually stage my entire rehab house—including the exterior—using phone photos I provide. The project will include:
- Enhancing and retouching the phone photos to ensure high quality.
- Applying my chosen paint colors, flooring, mirrors, lights, and other specified finishes to every room and the exterior.
- Using design inspiration images and styles I provide to match the final look.
- Delivering high-quality, realistic images that represent the finished spaces.
This project requires fast turnaround, ideally within one day. Ideal candidates have experience in virtual staging, photo editing, and working from non-professional images. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are a must.
