Virtual HR & Data Analytics Trainers

I’m putting together an online programme focused on HR and data analytics and need seasoned educational trainers to take it from concept to delivery in a fully virtual environment.

You’ll design clear, engaging content, run live interactive sessions, and supply any supporting slide decks, exercises, or assessments that help participants master the material. I’m open to the platforms you prefer—Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or similar—so long as you can keep learners engaged and can track their progress remotely.

Deliverables
• A concise course outline with learning objectives
• Session slide decks and hand-outs in shareable formats
• Practical exercises or mini-projects that reinforce each topic
• Short assessments or quizzes with answer keys
• A brief end-of-course report on participant performance and feedback

Acceptance criteria
• Sessions run smoothly in the agreed virtual tool with minimal technical issues
• Materials arrive at least 48 hours before each live class
• Participant feedback averages a rating of 4/5 or higher on clarity and engagement
