We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to assist with **creator research, prospect qualification and recruitment administration** for a growing creator-management business.
The role is primarily focused on online research, identifying suitable prospects, verifying publicly available information and maintaining an organized prospect database.
Responsibilities
* Research potential creators across social-media and livestreaming platforms.
* Identify individual creators who match our provided criteria.
* Verify that profiles are active and authentic.
* Research publicly available professional/business contact information where available.
* Record creator names, usernames, profile URLs and audience information.
* Identify relevant public social-media profiles connected to each prospect.
* Remove duplicate, inactive or unsuitable prospects.
* Maintain an accurate Google Sheets/Excel database.
* Add concise notes explaining why each prospect meets the qualification criteria.
* Assist with initial professional outreach when requested.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle prospect information responsibly.

For each qualified prospect, provide:

* Platform
* Profile URL
* Approximate audience size
* Activity observations
* Other relevant public social profiles
* Publicly available business contact information, where available
* Short qualification notes
Only publicly available information should be collected. **No passwords, account access, private personal information or sensitive data is required.**
