We are an Irish digital marketing and web design agency looking for a fast, reliable and highly capable Virtual Assistant for ongoing work across a number of brands and client projects.

Excellent English is essential

You must have excellent written and spoken English.

We need somebody who can understand instructions the first time, use common sense, work independently and get tasks completed accurately without needing everything explained repeatedly.

Essential Skills
Excellent English – written and spoken

WordPress experience
Basic understanding of SEO
Able to follow processes and manage multiple brands
Comfortable managing reviews and online profiles
Experience with Trustpilot or similar review platforms
Experience using VMs / virtual machines and managing separate accounts for different brands
Citation creation and management
Able to make sure all business information, URLs, phone numbers, addresses and brand details are entered correctly
Able to work independently and identify obvious mistakes without needing constant supervision

We own and manage a growing number of websites and brands, so there will be a mixture of SEO, WordPress, brand management, reviews, citations, social media and general digital marketing tasks.

Can move between different brands without mixing up information
