Virtual Assistant: Recruit Brand Ambassadors

I’m looking for a self-driven virtual assistant who can take full ownership of recruiting content creators and brand ambassadors for my marketing team. Your day-to-day focus will be identifying fresh, on-brand talent, vetting their engagement quality, initiating outreach, and tracking responses in an organized spreadsheet or CRM.

The brief is deliberately flexible—there’s no hard deadline—so you can build a considered pipeline instead of rushing. While Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube are natural hunting grounds, I’m open to any platform you find effective. Success is measured by the calibre and relevance of the creators you deliver, not the sheer volume.

Deliverables
• A curated list of vetted creators/ambassadors with contact details, audience metrics, and a short rationale for each recommendation.
• Outreach templates you use so I can keep messaging consistent going forward.
• Weekly status updates outlining prospects contacted, replies, and next steps.
