I need help streamlining my nurse healthcare advocacy back-office work so I can stay focused on in person patient care and business development.
Your core responsibility will be patient experience, processing new consult inquiries, performing preliminary intake, assisting clients with onboarding to Guava Health App by linking their EHRs to Guava Portal. Some EHRs are not compatible or providers do not use portals; so you'll be in charge of pulling data from the incompatible EHR/faxing records requests and uploading to Guava.
On a daily basis you will:
• Screen email inbox, draft responses and check for actionable items, cover RingCentral business phone and enter case management notes in MyJunna to ensure timely invoicing (Stripe). We will likely utilize GoogleDrive for patient non clinical profiles (scheduling preferences etc) and kanban to do list sharing.
• Guide new patients through the onboarding steps so their charts start complete and accurate. Update existing charts as fresh notes, scans, or prescriptions arrive after appointments.
• Complete tasks such as, scheduling medical appointments, researching treatments, assist with insurance denials/preauth, problem solving, source products that may assist client, problem solving, problem solving.
Social media scheduling (Canva), GoHighLevel or any kind of analytics would be amazing, but I understand no one can know everything! If you're interested in learning something that can benefit you and the business, I'm happy to train or find a course for you to learn it.
You should already know your way around a medical chart, and be comfortable speaking to clients, conversational English REQUIRED, Spanish would be a plus. HIPAA-level confidentiality non-negotiable. At least a few hours a day need to be on central time zone. Reliability, attention to detail, accurate time keeping, and a knack for organization are essential because my clinical decisions rely on the information you manage!
