Virtual Assistant Needed for Christmas Dropshipping Store Launch
I am looking for an experienced and reliable Virtual Assistant who specializes in Shopify dropshipping, ecommerce website setup, viral product research, product listings, and order fulfillment.
I already have a business name selected and am looking to launch my Christmas-focused online store within the next three weeks. I need someone who can help me turn this idea into a professional, fully functioning ecommerce website before the holiday shopping season.
Responsibilities:
Help set up and design a professional, mobile-friendly Shopify dropshipping website.
Research trending and potentially viral Christmas products with strong sales potential using TikTok, Instagram, social media trends, and product research tools.
Identify reliable suppliers with reasonable product costs, shipping times, and tracking capabilities.
Recommend products with good profit margins, and provide product costs, suggested selling prices, shipping estimates, and competitor research.
Create product listings, including titles, descriptions, pricing, product images, and collections.
Organize the website into appropriate Christmas shopping categories.
Help configure payment processing, shipping policies, returns, customer emails, and order notifications.
Set up an efficient order fulfillment process so customer orders can be sent to suppliers for shipping directly to customers.
Monitor orders, tracking information, inventory, and potential customer service issues.
Provide ongoing assistance after launch with product updates, store maintenance, and order management.
Project timeline: I would like to begin as soon as possible and have the store ready to launch within three weeks.
Compensation: Please provide your proposed hourly rate or fixed-price project quote. I am interested in a long-term working relationship and would like to discuss biweekly payments for ongoing work. Project milestones and payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins.
