- Maintain a shared tracker of applications, job links, submission dates, and responses.
- Monitor application updates and help coordinate interview scheduling.
- Provide a brief daily progress update and avoid duplicate applications.
**Requirements**
- Full-time availability for ongoing work.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong computer skills, including browsers, email, spreadsheets, and online application forms.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Confidence using ChatGPT or similar AI tools.
- Reliability, responsiveness, and discretion when handling personal information.
**Nice to Have**
- Previous virtual assistant or job application experience.

**Payment — USD**
This role is paid per completed application, with additional performance bonuses:
- **$0.08 per successfully submitted application** that meets my criteria.
- **$0.5 per confirmed interview scheduled** from an application you submitted.
- **$100 hiring bonus** if an application you submitted results in me being hired.
Applications must be relevant, complete, accurate, and recorded in the tracker to qualify for payment.
