Commercial Real Estate Virtual Assistant — Lead Generation & KvCore Management
I am a commercial real estate advisor in the United States looking for an experienced virtual assistant to support lead generation, prospecting, and CRM management. This is an ongoing role for the right person, starting part-time with room to grow.
What you'll do:
Research and build targeted prospect lists (business owners, tenants, landlords, investors) using tools like LinkedIn, Google, county and business records, and commercial listing platforms.
Find and verify contact information (email, phone) for decision-makers.
Manage and maintain my KvCore CRM: adding and organizing leads, setting up and monitoring smart campaigns, updating contact records, tracking activity, and keeping the pipeline clean and current.
Build and manage email and drip campaigns for outreach and follow-up.
Support consistent follow-up sequences so no lead falls through the cracks.
Keep organized records and give me regular short updates on progress and results.
What I'm looking for:
Proven experience generating leads in real estate or a related B2B field. Please describe specific results, not just tasks.
Hands-on experience managing KvCore. This is required. Tell me exactly what you have done in the platform (smart campaigns, lead routing, squeeze pages, reporting, etc.).
Strong research skills and comfort finding accurate contact data.
Excellent written English and attention to detail.
Reliable, self-directed, and responsive in communication.
Familiarity with commercial real estate is a strong plus, though not required if your lead-gen skills are strong.
