Virtual Assistant for Lead Generation & Digital Marketing | 15–20 Hours/Week

We need someone who can help us with prospect research, marketing campaign coordination, lead management, and day-to-day marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Research potential customers and identify relevant customer base.
- Build and maintain organized prospect databases using Google Sheets or Excel.
- Research business information and identify relevant decision-makers using publicly available sources.
- Assist with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing campaign preparation.
- Track inbound enquiries and maintain lead records.
- Coordinate prospect follow-ups and maintain campaign reports.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Assist with other marketing and administrative tasks as required.

Working Arrangement

- Hours: 15–20 hours per week
- Budget: ₹300 per hour
- Estimated weekly budget: ₹4,500–₹6,000
- Location: Remote, preferably India
- Engagement: Part-time, with potential for long-term collaboration
- Schedule: Flexible, with availability for occasional coordination meetings
