Virtual Assistant: Email & Calendar

I’m looking for an organised, tech-savvy virtual assistant who can keep my online life running smoothly. Day to day you’ll take ownership of three core areas:

• Email management – triage my Gmail inbox, flag priorities, draft quick replies and keep threads neatly labelled in Google Workspace.
• Scheduling & calendar – coordinate meetings, send invites, handle time-zone clashes and make sure my Google Calendar is always up to date, with any supporting docs stored in Drive.
• Social media – schedule light updates, monitor basic engagement and prepare short status ideas so my channels stay active without me having to log in constantly.

Fluency with Google Workspace is essential, and you’ll occasionally dip into Microsoft Office when partners send Word, Excel or PowerPoint files. If you already know the main social platforms that’s a bonus; I’m happy to show you the style I prefer.

Success for me means an inbox that sits close to zero, a calendar that never double-books, and social feeds that look alive even on my busiest days. If you can give me that outcome, let’s talk.
