I need help finding a new place in the City of Artesia and lining up the tours. The ideal unit is a 2-bed/2-bath with its own washer-dryer hookup and a December move-in date. Your search should start with Zillow—it’s my highest-priority platform—then branch out to Rent.com, Apartments.com, HotPads, Redfin, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, and the city’s own housing page.

Here’s the workflow I have in mind:

• Compile every matching lead in a shared Google Sheet. For each listing enter the full street address, monthly rent, number of beds/baths, security-deposit amount, earliest move-in or availability date, URL, the best contact name/number or email, and any quick notes (pet rules, parking, etc.).
• Weed out scams or photo-less posts before they hit the sheet.
• From the qualified pool, secure 20 viewings. Showings can be Monday–Friday after 6 pm, Saturday morning or afternoon, or Sunday afternoon, with at least 45 minutes between each appointment.
• Lock in all tours within the next seven days and send me each confirmation by email as it’s booked.

Deliverable: the Google Sheet populated with 20 verified options plus the list of confirmed viewing times and contacts.
