We are looking for a highly creative and experienced video editor who can transform our raw video clips into extremely engaging, fast-paced, and viral-worthy Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
We don't want basic cutting and trimming. We need someone who understands audience retention, storytelling, trending editing styles, and how to make viewers watch until the very end.
Responsibilities:
1. Transform raw footage into highly engaging 30–60-second Reels/Shorts.
2. Create attention-grabbing hooks within the first 2–3 seconds.
3. Add smooth transitions, creative cuts, zoom effects, and engaging visuals.
4. Incorporate perfectly timed sound effects, background music, and ASMR audio wherever required.
5. Add attractive captions, text animations, and subtitles when necessary.
6. Maintain excellent pacing, eliminate boring moments, and maximize viewer retention.
7. Deliver high-quality videos optimized for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts (9:16 vertical format).
Requirements:
- Proven experience editing engaging short-form content.
- Strong understanding of viral trends, storytelling, and audience retention.
- Excellent sound design and attention to detail.
- Ability to turn ordinary raw clips into highly entertaining content.
