I’m ready to move from vague ideas to fully documented drawings, mood boards and a bill of quantities for my 250 m² villa. The look I’m after is a refined modern-classic blend—think clean lines, timeless mouldings and just enough detailing to feel luxurious without drifting into ornate.

Functionality, aesthetics and comfort all sit at the top of my priority list. Every space needs to feel chic yet remain kid-friendly, with clever storage solutions that keep clutter out of sight. For colour, I’m set on a balanced palette of beige and layered browns, punctuated by navy accents that add depth without overwhelming the rooms.

The scope spans:

• Girls’ bedroom (1 bedroom)

• Enclosed terrace
• Select landscape pockets

I’ll need you to guide me from initial concept sketches and digital mood boards through detailed space planning, 3-D renders, material and furniture specifications, and finally a consolidated BOQ that a contractor can price without guesswork. AutoCAD or Revit for drawings and any mainstream rendering software are fine by me as long as the final files are editable.

My acceptance criteria are straightforward:
1. Mood boards that capture the palette and vibe.
2. Layout plans showing circulation, furniture and storage solutions.
3. High-quality renders that illustrate finishes and lighting.
4. A clearly itemised BOQ with quantities, finishes and supplier references.
