Part-Time Freelance Shipment Inspection Assistant — Vietnam

About the Opportunity
ASR Agrochemicals Regulatory Pvt Ltd, an India-registered company, is looking for a reliable freelance assistant based in Vietnam to carry out simple shipment inspections at supplier premises or warehouses.
This is a flexible, assignment-based opportunity. Work is expected approximately twice a week on average, depending on shipment requirements. There is no guaranteed minimum number of assignments.
## Responsibilities
- Visit the designated supplier's premises or warehouse at the agreed time.
- Take clear photographs and short videos of products, packaging, carton markings and shipment condition.
- Follow a simple inspection checklist provided by our Indian office.
- Send the photographs, videos and report promptly to our Indian office.
- Immediately report any visible damage, discrepancies or concerns.
## Requirements
- Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Currently residing in Vietnam and able to travel locally for assignments.
- Own smartphone with a good-quality camera.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Reliable, honest, punctual and attentive to detail.
Previous shipment inspection experience is an advantage but is not essential.
## Payment and Expenses
- **Fixed fee: USD 100 per completed inspection.**
- Reasonable travel expenses will be paid in advance, subject to prior approval and an agreed travel budget.
- Any additional expenses must be approved by our company in advance.
- Payment arrangements and assignment details will be agreed upon before each inspection.
There is no fixed monthly salary and no guaranteed minimum volume of work. The engagement is freelance and assignment-based.
