Videography for a Memorial in Madison, WI

I’ll be hosting a memorial gathering in Madison, Wisconsin on Friday, September 18, 2026 (3-5:30 pm or so) and need coverage that can later be shared with people who can’t attend. It can be edited or not.

Here’s what matters most: the opening musical tribute (one song at the very start), all spoken tributes, and the closing set of three songs that will wrap up the program. Everything else can be captured only as needed to give context. The finished piece should feel simple and genuine—clean cuts, clear audio on the key moments, no elaborate cinematic effects.

Deliverables
• One (optional) edited highlight video, ready for online sharing (MP4, 1080p or better)
• Balanced audio so speeches and songs are clearly intelligible
