Videographer and Editor for Sustainability Projects

We are looking for a Videographer & Video Editor to create high-quality video content across three platforms:

1. Aadi Sustainability Solutions — a circular textile and denim manufacturing company

2. Global Alliance for Textiles Sustainability Council (GATS) — an industry platform working on textile sustainability, circularity, policy, MSME development and partnerships

3. Parvinder Kadyan’s personal platform — focused on entrepreneurship, manufacturing, sustainability, India’s development, youth leadership, and People, Planet & Progress

The Role

The person will be responsible for shooting, creating and editing video content for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.

This will involve travelling to Panipat as and when required to shoot factory visits, manufacturing processes, interviews, events, projects and other relevant content. The footage will then need to be edited into platform-appropriate content, including short-form videos/reels, LinkedIn videos and longer YouTube content.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–2+ years of relevant experience in videography and video editing
- Strong understanding of camera work, lighting, framing, composition and sound
- Ability to independently shoot professional-quality footage
- Strong video editing and storytelling skills
- Experience creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro
- Familiarity with After Effects / motion graphics is an advantage
- Ability to create engaging Reels/Shorts, interviews, explainers and documentary-style content
- Good understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios, pacing, hooks and retention
- Interest or working knowledge of sustainability, circular economy, textiles/manufacturing and climate-related topics
- Ability to understand the subject matter and translate it into clear, engaging visual content
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to suggest creative improvements

Working Style

We are looking for someone who can think beyond simply recording and editing footage. You should be able to understand the objective of a piece of content, suggest how it can be shot, identify good visual opportunities on location, and turn the footage into compelling content for different platforms.

Engagement Options

We are open to working with freelancers under any of the following arrangements:

1. Per Video Edit
For candidates who provide editing services on a per-video basis.

2. Per Shoot Day
For candidates available to travel to Panipat and handle on-location video shooting on an event/project basis.

Candidates may apply for one or more of the above, depending on their availability and preferred working model.

Working Arrangement

This is a freelance engagement. Travel to Panipat will be required for scheduled shoots/events. Editing can generally be completed remotely after the shoot.

We are looking for someone who can understand the content objective, contribute creative ideas, capture strong visuals and deliver polished content for different platforms.
