Video Producer for Software Walkthroughs

Hi!
We are looking for a video producer for a long-term partnership to create a complete demo and instructional video series for our platform HelloBotz (hellobotz.com).
We need a full product walkthrough covering all features in our panel, as well as a short hero demo video for our homepage.
Scope of Work (Features to Cover)
1. Onboarding & Setup
Account registration, login, multi-user role management, and dashboard tour.
Connecting Meta WhatsApp Business API, Facebook Pages, Instagram DMs, Telegram, and Live Chat.
2. WhatsApp & Campaign Features
Template Management: Creating Meta templates (utility, marketing, transactional) with dynamic variables and CTA buttons.
Broadcast Campaigns: Contact list uploads, segmenting, scheduling bulk broadcasts, and analytics.
Click-to-WhatsApp Ads: Setting up ad campaigns and automated greeting flows.
3. Automation & AI
Visual No-Code Flow Builder: Drag-and-drop triggers, interactive buttons, lists, logic delays, and conditions.
Native WhatsApp Forms: Building inline forms for lead generation and feedback.
AI Voice Calling Agents: Inbound and outbound AI voice setup.
4. Live Chat & Developer Features
Shared Team Inbox: Multi-agent conversation assignment, internal notes, tags, and SLA tracking.
Integrations & API: Webhooks, external API nodes, and e-commerce sync (Shopify / WooCommerce).
Deliverables Required
1x Homepage Hero Demo Video (2–3 mins): High-converting overview showing key features, smooth transitions, and background music.
8–10x Feature-Specific Tutorial Videos (1–3 mins each): Step-by-step guides for our user documentation and YouTube playlist.
Requirements & Next Steps
Style: Crisp screen recordings (1080p), smooth cursor/zoom effects, clear English voiceover (Human or natural AI), and branded overlays matching our website.
Long-Term Relationship: We regularly launch new features and need an ongoing partner for monthly updates.
