Video Localization and Voiceover in Multiple Languages

I’m looking for translators/voiceover artists to localize two existing videos into the following languages:

German
Ukrainian
Hebrew
Spanish
French
Italian

The original videos are in English.

For each language, I need:

Accurate, natural translation of the spoken content
Voiceover recorded by a real human voice actor - no AI-generated or synthetic voices
Voiceover delivered in a calm, relaxing, soothing tone
Voiceover timing aligned reasonably closely with the visual elements and pacing of the original video
Voiceover added to the videos and final localized video files delivered

Exact lip-sync is not required, but the narration should feel naturally timed to what is happening on screen.

The voice should sound warm, calm and natural rather than commercial or overly animated.

Voice approval is required before recording begins. Please send a short voice sample in the relevant language with your proposal. I will approve the voice before the full translation and voiceover work proceeds.

Please include:

Which language(s) you can provide
A short voice sample in the relevant language
Whether you are a native speaker
Confirmation that the voiceover will be recorded by a human and not AI-generated
Your price for completing both videos

I can provide the original videos and English script/source material once the voice has been approved.
