Video Interviewer Needed (Zoom/Teams)

I’m looking for a confident, articulate interviewer who can take over the actual running of my candidate video calls. I’ll handle scheduling and supply you with a brief on each applicant along with the competencies I want probed; your role is to step in on screen, guide the conversation, dig into the details that matter, and keep the meeting engaging and professional.

Every session will be held remotely—primarily on Zoom, but occasionally on Microsoft Teams or Google Meet—so you should feel equally at home on all three platforms, managing screen-shares, breakout rooms, and recordings without fuss. After each interview I’ll need a concise summary of key takeaways, strengths, concerns, and a simple hire/no-hire recommendation.
