Video Face Swaps Needed

I’m putting together a light-hearted video for my relatives and want to surprise them by swapping several faces throughout the clip. All replacement sources are short video snippets of the people who should appear, so you’ll have moving references rather than still photos. In total, three or more faces change in different scenes.

The original footage runs a little under three minutes and is already cut; I only need clean, convincing face replacements that blend naturally with the lighting and motion. Colour matching, subtle tracking, and seamless transitions are key so the gag lands without looking obvious. If you’re comfortable working in tools such as After Effects, Mocha, or similar VFX software and can deliver a high-resolution final render plus the project files for any future tweaks, let’s talk. I’m aiming for a fun, family-friendly result rather than a blockbuster-grade effect, but quality matters—no jittering masks or mismatched skin tones.
