Video Editor Wanted for Family Lifestyle Channels

Looking for an experienced Video Editor for my YouTube channel and Instagram.
Content will mainly include family daily vlogs, lifestyle, travel, road trips, and short-form reels.
Responsibilities include cutting raw footage, arranging clips, transitions, music, sound effects, color correction and basic color grading.
Create YouTube long-form videos with good storytelling, pacing and audience retention.
Create Instagram Reels/YouTube Shorts with fast-paced editing, hooks, captions and trending editing styles.
Add subtitles, animated text, zoom-ins, B-roll, sound effects and suitable background music wherever required.
Good understanding of Indian/Hindi + English content and family-vlog style is preferred.
Should be able to identify boring/unnecessary footage and remove it without requiring detailed instructions for every cut.
Editor should have a good sense of storytelling, timing, humor and emotional moments.
Ability to create different versions/formats for YouTube, Instagram Reels and Shorts.
Should be comfortable working with raw footage from mobile phones, GoPro/action cameras and DSLR/mirrorless cameras.
