We are a high-end post-production and short-form management agency overseeing vertical and horizontal video assets for real estate agents and teams across North America. We don't build generic content; we execute institutional-grade visual authority for professional real estate operators.
The Role:
We are hiring two independent freelance video editors to manage post-production fulfillment for assigned client portfolios. You will focus entirely on technical post-production execution—taking raw smartphone and camera footage provided directly by our real estate clients and transforming it into fast-paced vertical clips and cinematic long-form YouTube property tours/market updates.
Daily Execution:
• Retrieve raw video clips from our agency's central cloud storage drive.
• Perform clean editing cuts to eliminate dead space, verbal filler, and awkward pauses.
• Integrate high-retention typography, clean text captions, and professional sound design/effects.
• Format and edit cinematic long-form horizontal videos (up to 15 minutes) with smooth transitions, lower thirds, and professional pacing.
• Apply clean color-correction and pacing structures to match a high-end, luxury aesthetic.
• Deliver polished files back to our account management team within strict turnaround windows (24-48 hours).
Compensation:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position paid on a per-video flat rate or client-account commission basis. Your rates scale based on short-form vs. long-form deliverables. As our agency scales and we assign more portfolios to your queue, your monthly payout scales directly alongside us.
Requirements:
• Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced short-form vertical video editing and horizontal long-form video editing (experience with real estate or luxury brands is highly preferred).
• Total mastery of professional editing suites (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Absolute precision regarding delivery times. If you cannot reliably hit a strict turnaround window, please do not apply.
• A high-performance remote computer setup that can process high-resolution raw footage without delay.
