Video Editor for Marketing Montage Creation

We're looking for an experienced video editor to create a compelling 3-minute marketing montage using approximately 50 existing social creator videos. The goal is to highlight repeated key marketing phrases across multiple creators, showing consistent brand messaging through clean, fast-paced editing. All source videos will be provided. Strong experience with UGC content, social media reels, audio editing, and storytelling is essential.

Phase 1: Footage Review & Clip Selection
Review the provided videos, identify key messaging phrases, extract the strongest soundbites, and organize clips by messaging theme.
Phase 2: Video Editing & Assembly
Combine selected clips into a cohesive 3-minute montage with smooth transitions, consistent audio levels, tight pacing, and subtle text highlights where appropriate. Deliver the first draft for review.
Phase 3: Final Polish & Delivery
Make final adjustments, refine audio and visual consistency, and deliver a high-quality MP4 video and editable project file.
