Pay Structure:
• Base pay: ₹150 per video
• Commission: 40–50% of platform monetization/creator fund earnings tied to your edits, for the first 6 months (contract reviewed and renegotiated after)
• Viral bonus: ₹2,000–₹3,000 extra if a video hits 1–2 million views
• Trial period: First 10 videos are a trial run to confirm speed, quality, and consistency before the full partnership terms lock in
