I need help turning raw footage into thumb-stopping content that feels native to Instagram Reels—the main platform I’m targeting—while still being flexible enough for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and the occasional long-form YouTube upload.
Here’s what the job looks like day to day: you’ll receive a mix of talking-head clips, b-roll, and screen recordings. Your task is to shape them into trendy, engaging edits that move fast, keep attention, and fit each platform’s aspect ratio and duration limits. That means sharp cuts, on-beat pacing, clean storytelling, and eye-catching captions. I also rely on snappy motion graphics, clever transitions, well-timed sound effects, and music that matches the energy of each segment.
Turnaround and consistency matter to me. I release content on a schedule, so I’m looking for someone who communicates clearly, sticks to deadlines, and can commit to ongoing work rather than one-off projects.
