Video Editor

You'll edit short-form and long-form videos across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and websites — combining visual storytelling, pacing, and design to produce editorial-quality content that converts. The role needs a refined eye, an understanding of the medical and beauty space, and the skill to craft cinematic video that performs.
Expect to produce 10–25 high-quality edits per week.
Responsibilities

Edit and assemble short-form (10–90 sec) and long-form (1–5 min) video using client footage, stock, and AI elements

Produce high-performing ads and reels for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube

Design editorial-style brand videos: doctor features, testimonials, treatment highlights

Add motion graphics, titles, and transitions in line with luxury aesthetic branding

Colour grade, sound design, and refine for cinematic consistency

Research and adapt viral content trends for the aesthetics and medical spa niche

Work closely with creative directors, marketers, and account managers

Maintain an organised asset library and project workflow

Qualifications

3–5+ years professional editing experience (agency, brand, or freelance)

Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro

Proven experience creating cinematic ad creative that performs on social

Advanced understanding of story pacing, transitions, and narrative rhythm

Ability to integrate stock and AI-generated visuals seamlessly

Strong sense of colour, tone, and brand aesthetic alignment

Bonus: experience with AI video tools

Portfolio showing cinematic, editorial, or luxury-style work — ideally beauty, fashion, or medical aesthetics

Compensation
Base monthly salary: $1,000 – $2,500 USD, depending on experience and performance
