I am seeking a quotation for an examination of a short ring doorbell video recording.
The recording is approximately 21 seconds long and shows a person approaching a camera. It is the first 8 seconds specifically that needs analysed. I am specifically interested in determining whether the person is holding an object in their LEFT hand, particularly during the opening few seconds of the recording.
I would like the examination to address the following question:
Can examination of the original video establish whether an object is present in the person's left hand and, if so, are there sufficient observable characteristics to identify or classify the object? I would like an independent assessment of what can and cannot reliably be established from the footage. It cannot be guessed and has to be with 100% certainty. Or can size, colour, shape ect of said object be determined.
Assessment of whether any apparent object is genuinely distinguishable from the person's hand, clothing, shadows or compression artefacts.
