Victorian-Inspired Interior Design

I'm looking for an experienced architect and interior designer to transform my home with a Victorian aesthetic, while also incorporating elements of cottagecore, Mediterranean, and colonial styles. I already have pretty decent layout plans and photorealistic renders of the directions I want to go in but I need help tying them all together and enhancing the vision. I can get local architects/designers to execute the detailed plans and drawings based on the design directives.

Looking for an "artist architect" who marries practicality with beauty and detailing, no minimalists or 3D renderers please.

The project will focus on the following areas:
- Living Room + Kitchen (Open) + Small Passageway/Entry - 2 sets
- Bedroom - 1
- Bedroom with loft - 1
- Kitchen - 2
- Outdoor kitchen - 1
- Ensuite - 2
- Powder room - 1
- Facades + Well-thought-out yard areas (small)
