I need a high-impact thumbnail for a YouTube video that blends bold, colourful energy with a polished, professional finish. The video itself straddles tutorial, vlog and review formats and discusses salary expectations, so the artwork has to communicate helpful authority while still feeling lively enough to grab attention in crowded feeds.
Key points
• Primary style: bright colour blocks or accents paired with clean, organised layout—think strong contrast that still reads clearly at a glance on mobile.
• Must include a concise text overlay (e.g., “What Salary?” or any copy you feel works better once you see the draft). The lettering should stay legible even at small sizes.
• Image dimensions: 1280 × 720 px, under 2 MB.
• Final files: high-resolution .PNG plus the editable source file (PSD or AI).
I’ll provide my channel logo and any headshots you might need as soon as we start; if you have strong stock imagery ideas, feel free to suggest them. Turnaround within 24 hours of award would be ideal, but let me know if you need slightly longer. Looking forward to seeing a concept that makes viewers stop scrolling.
