I’m looking for ongoing help that blends eye-catching, bright-and-colorful thumbnail design with hands-on management of my Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts. The single most important metric for me is engagement—likes, comments, shares and meaningful conversations—so every visual and caption should invite interaction rather than sit passively on the feed.

Here’s the rhythm I have in mind:

• Thumbnails: You’ll create punchy, scroll-stopping graphics for each new post or video. Think bold colors, clean typography and a consistent style that instantly signals my brand. Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator are all fine so long as the exported files are crisp and sized correctly for each platform.

• Scheduling & posting: Draft captions, hashtags and upload schedules inside a tool such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer or Hootsuite. Once I approve, you’ll publish and monitor performance.

• Community management: Reply to comments and DMs within 24 hours, spark conversation through polls or questions, and flag anything that needs my direct input.

• Analytics review: Send me a concise weekly report highlighting engagement growth, top-performing content and next-step recommendations.

Deliverables are accepted when thumbnails match the agreed bright-and-colorful style, posts go out on schedule, and the weekly report shows accurate engagement metrics.
