I need a bright, vibrant website for my plumbing company that launches with three core pages—Home, Services and Contact Us—and grows with me as I add new service areas for SEO. The site has to be built on an easy-to-manage CMS so I can log in, tweak meta data, and spin up fresh pages without touching code.

Essential functionality: contact form, an online booking system customers can use to schedule jobs, and a live-chat tool so I can answer questions in real time. Everything must be mobile-responsive, fast-loading, and laid out with clean, SEO-ready markup.
