Vertical Stick-Figure Reel Animation

I need a short, vertical 2D animation featuring stick-figure characters who deliver work-related content in an engaging, social-media-friendly way. The finished piece will be posted as a Reel/TikTok/Short, so please build it in 1080 × 1920 and keep the runtime under ten minutes (it will likely end up much shorter).

Here’s what I’ll hand over the moment we start:
• concise content concepts and script beats
• each character’s name and personality notes
• a few visual references for the stick-figure style I like

What I’m looking for on your side is smooth, full-body action and gestures—not just a talking head. Think clear lip-sync, expressive arm and body movement, and simple background elements that support the message without stealing the show. If you prefer Adobe Animate, Toon Boom, After Effects rigging, or another 2D workflow, that’s fine with me as long as the motion feels lively and on-beat.
