Vertical & Horizontal - Drama OTT Platform Build

I’m creating a mobile-first entertainment OTT service for short, vertical dramas and I need a partner who can deliver the entire ecosystem: backend, admin, and client apps for Web, Android (phone, tablet, Android TV with smooth D-pad flow), and iOS.

Core scope
• REST API backend with an admin panel that lets me manage content, users, subscriptions, coins, and detailed analytics.
• Secure HLS video delivery through a CDN, tokenised URLs, and DRM or equivalent protection.
• Responsive web app plus native-feeling Android and iOS apps featuring a vertical swipe player, “resume watching”, autoplay next episode, personalised watch-list, push notifications, and in-app purchases / subscriptions.
• Login must accept OTP, Google, and Apple ID.
• Coins or subscription engine that locks premium episodes and supports flexible offers.

Essential tech expectations
I’m open to stacks such as Flutter or React Native for the apps and Node.js, PHP/Laravel, or an equivalent modern framework on the server—tell me what you do best and why it fits high-concurrency video streaming on AWS (or another cloud).

Deliverables
1. Full source code for backend, web, and mobile apps.
2. Complete API documentation.
3. Publishing of the apps on Google Play and the App Store (all assets supplied).
4. Deployment scripts / IaC for the cloud environment.
5. Thirty days of post-launch support covering bug fixes and deployment assistance.
