What has to be done

• Electrical – replace or properly repair several wall outlets and light-switches so they meet code and work reliably.
• Carpentry – reinforce two shelves, plane an interior door that sticks, and tidy up any trims affected by the other work.

All materials will be on-site or reimbursed if you pick them up with receipts; please bring your own hand and power tools. The job is complete when the leaks have stopped, every outlet and switch operates safely, and the carpentry work sits level, opens smoothly, and feels solid.
