About the Role

Synergy Plus LLC is looking for a talented and reliable Photo Editor to help process and deliver professional photography from corporate events, concerts, festivals, portraits, and other live experiences.

The ideal editor has a strong eye for color, consistency, skin tones, lighting, composition, and storytelling. You should be comfortable working with large volumes of images while maintaining a consistent professional look and meeting tight turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities

* Cull and select the strongest images from large event galleries
* Professionally edit RAW images in Adobe Lightroom
* Perform color correction, exposure adjustments, white balance, contrast, highlights and shadows
* Create polished, natural-looking skin tones for portraits
* Enhance concert and festival images while preserving the atmosphere and energy of the event
* Maintain consistent color and editing style across an entire gallery
* Apply presets while making professional manual adjustments when needed
* Perform basic retouching, including blemish removal and distracting-object cleanup
* Prepare images for web, social media, client galleries and marketing use
* Export images according to specified file-size, resolution and naming requirements
* Meet established turnaround deadlines
* Communicate quickly regarding questions, unusual images or editing issues

Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who:

* Has strong Adobe Lightroom skills
* Understands professional photography and RAW files
* Has an excellent eye for color and exposure
* Can produce clean, crisp, natural and professional edits
* Understands when an image needs subtle editing versus a more creative look
* Can maintain consistency across hundreds or thousands of photographs
* Works efficiently and independently
* Is highly organized and deadline-oriented
* Has experience editing event, concert or portrait photography
* Understands professional client expectations
* Has reliable internet and a computer capable of handling large RAW files
Preferred Skills Experience with any of the following is a plus:
Adobe Lightroom Classic / Lightroom Adobe Photoshop AI-assisted culling or editing tools Lightroom presets and profiles Portrait retouching Concert/nightlife photography High-volume event photography Photo Mechanic or similar photo-management software Pixieset Editing Style Our preferred look is: Professional • Crisp • Natural • Consistent • Modern • True-to-life For concerts and festivals, we’re looking for edits that preserve the energy, lighting and atmosphere of the event without excessive HDR, oversaturation or unnatural skin tones. For corporate and portrait work, the priority is clean, polished and professional imagery that looks great both online and in print. Workflow The photographer will provide the original RAW files along with any relevant editing notes. The editor will: Import → Cull → Color Correct → Edit → Retouch → Quality Check → Export → Deliver Specific presets, reference galleries and editing guidelines may be provided to ensure consistency with the company’s visual style. Compensation Compensation will be based on experience, editing quality, volume and turnaround time.
