Verified Yahoo Business Emails List

I need a fresh, fully-verified list of 100,000 B2B email contacts that point exclusively to the Yahoo Business (Turbify) MX record—login.turbify.com. All addresses must be active, deliverable and sourced from companies based in the United States.

Scope
• Industries: Construction, Mining and Oil&gas only.
• Job titles to capture: CEO/Owner, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Verification: every address must show the correct MX record and pass real-time validation; hard bounces or outdated data will void payment.

Deliverables
• CSV or XLSX file containing: email, full name, company, industry, job title, city/state, phone (if available).
• A brief verification report outlining the tools or steps used to confirm the MX record and deliverability.

Acceptance Criteria
• Minimum 98 % deliverability on my test send.
• 100,000 unique records meeting all filters above.
• No generic catch-all addresses; each contact must match the requested titles.

Milestone funds are released only after I confirm the list meets these benchmarks, so accuracy is essential.
