Contact Research and Verification

Seeking a researcher to build a database of verified contacts.

I need a detail-oriented person to compile a database of verified professional contacts. I require the following information: name, country, job title, email address, and more. I will provide some reference lists to serve as a starting point.

Each row must include:
• Full name
• Job title
• Organization
• Country
• Corporate email address
• LinkedIn profile URL
• URL of the public source where the data was found

Rules:
• Only individual corporate email addresses. No generic addresses (e.g., info@, contact@, sales@) and no personal email services (e.g., Gmail, Hotmail, etc.).
• Maximum of 2 contacts per company. A single company using multiple domains (e.g., company.com and company.net) counts as one entity.
• No duplicates.
• Quality is more important than volume.

Verification and Acceptance:
• I verify all email addresses using a validation tool before approving the project.
• The submission will be accepted if the bounce rate is below 5%.
• Payment is made only for valid contacts that meet all the specified criteria.

Payment:
• Payment is per block of 1,000 accepted, valid contacts.
• Please include your rate per 1,000 contacts and your estimated turnaround time in your proposal.

Deliverables:
• An Excel spreadsheet containing the fields listed above.
• A brief note regarding the tools or databases used (e.g., Apollo, Sales Navigator, etc.).

Initial test submission: 50–100 contacts. I will specify the type of professional I am looking for upon request. If the test is approved, we will proceed in blocks of 1,000.
