Vehicle LED VMS Display Design

I need a compact, vehicle-mounted LED VMS that fits inside a 100 × 30 × 30 form factor—or slimmer if you can manage it—while still giving me bright, readable messaging in traffic. The unit must handle animated text as well as directional graphics, using changeable LEDs or a full matrix RGB setup so I can swap colours on demand.

Core messages and symbols the board must cycle through:
• “UNFALL”, “GESPERRT”, “ÖL SPUR”, “BITTE FOLGEN”, “STOP”
• Animated arrows: left, right, and a dual arrow that grows out from the middle

• Brightness is daylight-visible yet dimmable for night use
• No dimension exceeds the stated envelope once the housing is fitted
