I’m building a reference library of speed-related CAN frames for several Japanese and German makes and need your help collecting clean data. The task is straightforward: hook up to the OBD-II/CAN bus of the specified cars, drive (or roll) them at known speeds, and deliver logs that clearly identify the correct CAN ID, payload bytes, scaling and formula for vehicle speed.

Target brands/models
Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Volkswagen, Mitsubishi, Suzuki and Mazda passenger vehicles—any recent model year is acceptable.

Required speed points
Stationary, 10 km/h, 20 km/h, 40 km/h and 60 km/h. If an exact speed is tricky to maintain, capture additional points so the right pattern can still be verified.

Deliverables
• Raw CAN log for each brand at every speed point (DBC, CSV or BLF preferred)
• A short note per vehicle stating the confirmed CAN ID, byte order, scaling factor and final speed formula
• Screenshot or short clip proving the dashboard speed for at least one run (phone video is fine)

Acceptance criteria
The decoded value must track the cluster speed within ±1 km/h at all recorded points when replayed in SavvyCAN, CANalyzer or a similar tool.

If you already have some of these logs in your archive, let me know; I’m happy to purchase existing, verifiable data to save time for any model
