Vectorize Product Label in Illustrator

I have a finished product-label mock-up saved only as a PNG. Within the next six hours I need it rebuilt from scratch in Adobe Illustrator so the file is fully editable, layered, and press-ready.

You will receive the reference PNG and the die-cut AI file. Recreate every element exactly as shown—layout, sizing, and colours must match the original pixel for pixel. Please keep the colour palette identical; sample directly from the PNG so no hue drifts.

Fonts: I do not have the original typefaces, so choose default fonts that visually match what you see. Keep all type live and editable in the working file.

Layer management is critical. Use clear, descriptive layer names and mirror the logical order of the design: die-cut (locked), background, images, logo, product name, subtitle, selling points, ingredients, nutrition facts, barcode, net weight, and legal text. Do not merge or flatten anything; I need to be able to move or edit each item later.

Deliverables (all due in six hours):
• Working Illustrator file (.ai) with intact, well-named layers and live text
• Print-ready PDF (PDF/X-4) with all fonts outlined
• Print-ready Illustrator file (.ai) with fonts outlined

Acceptance criteria:
1. Visual comparison shows a perfect match to the PNG.
2. Colours read identical when sampled.
3. All objects are separate, unlocked (except die-cut), and clearly named.
4. Text remains editable in the working file and outlined only in the print files.
5. Files open without missing links or font errors.
