Vectorize Images for Printing

I need two images vectorized for large format printing. The final vectors should be in EPS format.

Requirements:
- Improve the quality during vectorization
- Deliver in EPS format

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar software
- Experience with large format printing
- Strong attention to detail for quality improvement

Manual vector tracing (not auto-trace) of raster artwork into print-ready files. Deliverables: All colors as flat solid fills, no gradients. Would like to print it on silk that is why image should be flattened and traced so we dont get any color bleeding.
