Vectorize Food Packaging Artwork

I need assistance with transforming existing food packaging artwork into vector format. We already have the artwork we just need to have this vectorized and put onto cutter guides.

Requirements:
- Convert artwork to clean, scalable vectors
- Maintain design integrity and details
- Deliver in required file formats (AI, EPS, etc.)
- Apply artwork of soy mince onto cutter guide we provide
- Apply artwork of soy chunks onto cutter guide we provide
